ISSN aims to foster STEM collaboration and interaction among secondary school students while developing the capabilities of teachers and school administrators through international partnerships.

Interested institutions can submit their applications to the Executive Working Group for consideration to join the network.
Member schools gain access to international collaboration opportunities, student exchange programs, professional development for teachers, and participation in global science projects and events.
ISSN provides platforms for knowledge sharing, facilitates international student competitions, organizes workshops, and promotes innovative teaching methodologies in science education.
